My name is Tom Saylor

I’m a realtor licensed in Illinois and Indiana. I was first licensed as a broker in California in 1986. Licensed in IL+IN in 1990. My goal is to help you buy your first property, and show you how to buy for profit while also having a place to live. I do things differently. I turn you loose and give you advanced tools to find the properties you like in either Illinois or Indiana. I can help you buy in either state. I teach you how to make your best deal by comping out the properties you are interested in so you don’t pay too much. Then I help you negotiate with the sellers so you can accelerate your net worth. Most people who follow my methods should be prepared to trade up every 3-4 years. You improve your lifestyle and net worth each time you make a move.

My methods are not theoretical. I’ve actually done everything I will teach you to do. I give you my opinion on which property is probably best to buy, and how much to offer to avoid making a mistake. My family is in the home building business. I kinda know what I’m talking about. I provide you the tools to make the process of buying your first home or investment property fast and easy.
